Our client had a 100 year old, pretty run down, very narrow, semi-detached home in a fast growing and vibrant Queen St W. neighbourhood of Toronto. He came to us sharing many of the same Scandinavian values for beautiful, simple and functional design and hoped to renovate to create his ‘dream home’ with modest budget.
From initial concepts, through Committee of Adjustment, Architecture, City permits, Build and Interior Design… there were a ton of challenges, but we were able to minimize the compromises and the results were beyond even our own lofty expectations.
